Who collects your data

Enkel Natur is run by Daniela, based in Hällefors, Sweden. For questions about this privacy policy, contact daniela@enkelnatur.se.

What data we collect

When you order from our shop we collect the data needed to handle your order: name, address, email address, phone number and order history. When you get in touch through the contact form, your name, email address and the message you send are stored.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our server. Read more in Stripe’s privacy policy.

Cookies

Our website uses necessary cookies from WooCommerce so that the cart and checkout work, and cookies from Google Analytics (Site Kit) for anonymised visitor statistics.

Why we process your data

The data is used to fulfil the purchase agreement, to handle customer service matters and to meet bookkeeping obligations under Swedish law.

How long we keep your data

Order data is kept for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires (normally 7 years). Messages from the contact form are kept for as long as it takes to answer your query.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, and to request erasure (as far as we are not legally required to keep it). Contact daniela@enkelnatur.se to exercise your rights.

Who we share data with

We share data with Stripe (payment) and the shipping provider (delivery of your order). We never sell your data to third parties.
