Who collects your data

Enkel Natur is run by Daniela, based in Hällefors, Sweden. For questions about this privacy policy, contact daniela@enkelnatur.se.

What data we collect

When you order from our shop we collect the data needed to handle your order: name, address, email address, phone number and order history. When you get in touch through the contact form, your name, email address and the message you send are stored.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our server. Read more in Stripe’s privacy policy.

Cookies

Necessary cookies are set right away. Everything else waits until you have said yes in the box shown on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of the page.

Necessary

• woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* – keep track of the cart and the checkout. Up to two days.
• pll_language – remembers the language you picked. One year.
• wp_consent_* – stores your answer to the cookie question. Six months.
• __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid – set by Stripe at checkout to detect fraud attempts. One year and 30 minutes respectively.

Statistics (optional)

• _ga, _ga_67FEK8XNK2 – Google Analytics through Site Kit. Counts visits and shows which pages get read. Up to two years, and only if you said yes.

Marketing (optional)

• _fbp, _fbc – Meta’s pixel (Facebook and Instagram). Tells Meta whether an ad led to a visit or a purchase, including page views, cart and purchases. Up to three months, and only set if you said yes. More in Meta’s privacy policy.

Why we process your data

The data is used to fulfil the purchase agreement, to handle customer service matters and to meet bookkeeping obligations under Swedish law.

Reviews

If you write a review on the Reviews page, we store your name, email address, rating, text, the date and your IP address. Name, rating, text and date are shown publicly on the website. The email address and IP address are never shown. We use them to stop spam and to reach you about your review if needed. We process this data with your consent, which you give when you send the review. The review stays online until you ask us to remove it.

Welcome discount and emails from us

If you enter your email address in the welcome discount box, we store the address, the language, the page you were on, the time and the text you saw when you sent it. We email you the discount code and now and then send tips and offers from Enkel Natur. We process this data with your consent. You can unsubscribe any time by replying to one of the emails or writing to daniela@enkelnatur.se, and we will delete the address. Two cookies, en_promo_apply and en_promo_email, apply the code in your cart and fill in your address at checkout. They are only set after you have sent your address and expire after 30 days.

How long we keep your data

Order data is kept for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires (normally 7 years). Messages from the contact form are kept for as long as it takes to answer your query.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, and to request erasure (as far as we are not legally required to keep it). Contact daniela@enkelnatur.se to exercise your rights.

Who we share data with

We share data with Stripe (payment) and the shipping provider (delivery of your order). We never sell your data to third parties.
