Aromatherapy from a licensed physiotherapist
Start with the problem, not the product
Fifteen years in the treatment room tell me where it sits. The aromatherapy training tells me which essential oils belong there. Together they make a routine you can keep up every day.
Where does it sit?
The four concerns we hear most. Each one leads to the line made for that feeling.

MUSKEL-VILA
When evening comes and the body won’t wind down
A ritual made for recovery. For tension headaches, muscles sore after training, or nights when sleep won’t come.
- Key oils
- Lavender, chamomile and mint in an organic carrier oil
- Comes as
- Body oil, inhaler salt and roll-on – on their own or as a whole routine
- Feel
- Calming and soft, meant for the hours before bed

LED-RO
Mornings when everything feels tight
Cooling and targeted, made for joints, shoulders and knees that are slow to get going. Safety instructions come with every product.
- Key oils
- Wintergreen, arnica and comfrey
- Comes as
- Body oil, inhaler salt and roll-on
- Worth knowing
- Contains methyl salicylate – not during blood-thinning treatment, in pregnancy or on children

KROPPS-FLÖDE
Heavy, cold and sluggish in the body
Warming, with a spicy depth. For days that start stiff, afternoons when the energy runs out, and backs that have sat still too long.
- Key oils
- Ginger, black pepper and rosemary
- Comes as
- Body oil, inhaler salt and roll-on
- Feel
- Warming and awake, meant for the morning or before movement
Where scent meets function
Four things behind every blend
Two qualifications, one person
The blends come from a licensed physiotherapist who is also a certified aromatherapist.
Oils chosen for their chemistry
Every essential oil is picked for its components and for how it is used safely on skin and by inhalation.
One concern at a time
Each line is built for a particular feeling in the body, with the dosage and safety notes that go with it.
The whole routine, not only the bottle
A product comes with its application, the amount, the timing and the movements that do the rest of the work.
How to use them
Three steps, same order
Ground
The body oil as a base. Long, calm strokes over the area before you move or lie down.
Shift
The inhaler salt for the mind. Three breaths are enough – the signal that something changes now.
Reinforce
Roll-on where it’s needed, when it’s needed. The one you carry for the rest of the day.

Behind the blends
Anatomy tells me where it sits. Aromatherapy tells me which oil belongs there. Without one the blend is only scent, without the other it is only theory.Daniela Parge · certified aromatherapist and licensed physiotherapist

Common questions
How do aromatherapy and physiotherapy fit together here?
The clinical eye decides where in the body it sits and which movement belongs with it. Aromatherapy decides which essential oils belong there, in what amount and in what format. The same person makes both calls, and that is the whole point.
Which line should I choose?
Go by how the body feels. Stiff, slow joints in the morning are LED-RO, heavy and cold is KROPPS-FLÖDE, tense and sleepless in the evening is MUSKEL-VILA. If you’re unsure, the consultation will sort it out.
Can I use the products while pregnant?
LED-RO contains wintergreen (methyl salicylate) and must not be used in pregnancy, during blood-thinning treatment or on children. For MUSKEL-VILA and KROPPS-FLÖDE we recommend a consultation first.
How quickly will I notice anything?
It varies. The roll-on and inhaler salt give a pleasant feeling straight away, while the body oils are meant as a routine over time. We promise no cure, just support in everyday life.
