One line per need
The range is built on three lines. MUSKEL-VILA is the calming one, for evenings and tension. LED-RO is the cooling one, for joints and movement. KROPPS-FLÖDE is the warming one, for cold and sluggish days.
All three come in the same three formats: body oil at 100 ml, inhaler salt at 60 g and roll-on at 10 ml. You can start with one format and build the routine out over time, or take the whole line as a bundle.

Every product carries its full ingredient list on the label. We promise no cure and no treatment. The products are made to give the body a good feeling day to day.
How to use them

Ground
The body oil as a base. Long, calm strokes over the area before you move or lie down.
Shift
The inhaler salt for the mind. Three breaths are enough – the signal that something changes now.
Reinforce
Roll-on where it’s needed, when it’s needed. The one you carry for the rest of the day.
